How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout after you've keyed in your shipping address.

 

How long does delivery take?

International delivery will take 10-15 working days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. This is only applicable for READY STOCK items & DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items.

It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering as they are stated clearly on the website if the item is READY STOCK (ORDER NOW) or the item is under PRE-ORDER (PRE-ORDER NOW).

 

This is not the size/colour I’ve ordered!

Oh no! Sorry about this. If you received a wrong item as opposed to your original order, please let us know immediately.

Appreciate if you can provide us a few photos of the wrong item and your order details emailed to help@fitgear.shop. We will exchange your item for a correct one. In the event if your correct item is out of stock, we will reimburse your money through your payment method.

Which address should I ship my order to?

Anywhere convenient for you! However please note that most courier services only operate during working hours and there is no delivery during weekends. In the event if the parcel is undelivered as per the courier’s website update, please contact the courier accordingly.

Credit/Debit/PayPal
Payments though debit/credit cards are verified by Paypal are done to avoid any fraudulence activities. For payments with debit/credit card, please select PayPal and choose "Pay as Guest". If you wish to proceed to pay with your PayPal account, please sign in and pay as you would on other sites. 

  

Can I amend/cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you will need to email as within the first 48 hours so that we won’t process your order. T&C apply.

 

How do I add an item to my order after checking out?

You will need to make a separate order altogether as we are unable to overwrite PayPal's payment however, if there's a case where you need to add on an item, do email us at help@fitgear.shop for us to assist you with this.

 

Do you restock items?

Yes, we do. Please key in your email address on the product page below "Out of Stock" for us to notify you via email once the items are back in stock.

 

Do I need to register to shop?

You will automatically be registered upon check out.

 

Will you pass my details to any other companies?

No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. Don’t worry! All information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

 

What is your online security policy?

We want to make sure you’re safeand secure when you’re shopping with us online. Rest assured we do not sell nor disclose any customers' personal information to other parties for any purposes.

 

What are your return policies?

All the items purchased on www.fitgear.shop are exchangeable and returnable within 365 days from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged, marked or altered by the customer will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we've sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will bear the postage fees of shipping item back to us during the return process. However, if you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted* gift, we will still refund your purchase if we receive your request as long as the items are in the condition you've received it (Unworn/unwashed). Kindly note that the shipping fees for the return process will not be covered and your refund will be processed based on the original purchaser’s payment method

How do I return something to you?

You can return any item to us within 365 days as long as the item is still with tags, unworn & unwashed. Email us at help@fitgear.shop and provide us with your order number, name of item and the reason for returning. Our customer service representative will be happy to assist you with the return process. 

*Free gifts and accessories are to be returned back to us with the return item.

 

Can I exchange my item to a new size?

Yes of course! When you return your item to us, kindly state in the return form the new size that you want and we'll process it accordingly. While stocks last.

*Exchange for items that is equivalent or lower in value only.

 

Will you refund me my delivery charge?

Unfortunately, we don’t (unless it is returns for defected products). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable for replacements/exchanges/refunds until the item reaches our warehouse.

 

Have you received my returned items?

We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.

 

I returned an item and it was incorrectly shipped.

Can I come and collect or return a parcel in person?

We truly apologize as we do not have any physical stores at the moment for you to do so. 

 

What are your standard terms & conditions for sales using codes?

- Applicable once only in a single receipt.

- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Cash vouchers and store credit are not exchangeable for cash.

 

Why is my discount code not working?

Please email us with the email you have used to place your order with us and we will check with the team accordingly.
